575 Cars Vendor Agreement & Terms of Participation

By registering as a vendor for any 575 Cars event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Participation Commitment

Vendors are required to be fully set up by event start time and remain open and present until event end time. Early departure without prior written approval may result in exclusion from future events.

Licensing and Compliance

All vendors must maintain current and valid business licenses, permits, and certifications as required by local, state, and federal law. This includes, but is not limited to, food handling permits, sales tax documentation, and health and safety certifications if applicable. Any raffle items, giveaways, or prize drawings must be submitted to 575 Cars for approval prior to the event.

Release of Liability

By participating, vendors release and hold harmless 575 Cars, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and the event venue from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses related to personal injury, property damage, theft, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Media and Digital Use Release

Vendors grant 575 Cars full permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture their booth, products, staff, vehicles, and displays during the event. These materials may be used without compensation in marketing, social media, livestreams, websites, or other promotional content now and in the future.

Application Review and Space Limitations

Due to limited space and event-specific considerations, 575 Cars reserves the right to decline vendor applications that are not a good fit for the event or venue. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Final vendor selections are made at the discretion of the event organizers.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Vendors must notify 575 Cars of cancellations at least 14 days prior to the event. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in exclusion from future events. Participation fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
